Privacy policy

Pilot status. The US variant is reserved to the operator during the pilot. The controller is a French company, and the policy below describes the service as it runs today. It will be reviewed against US requirements before any commercial opening.

1. Controller

Personal data collected through the service named "Mirubiki" is processed by Green Greens, a French SAS with a share capital of 2,000 euros, registered with the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 891 258 345. Contact: contact@greengreens.fr

2. Data collected

your email address;
authentication and access information;
technical connection and security data (IP address, date and time, event logs, browser or device information);
the questionnaires you submit and the results produced from them.

Only the data needed to run and secure the service is collected.

3. Purposes

create and manage user accounts;
authenticate users and give them access to the service;
secure the service and prevent unauthorised access;
detect, analyse and resolve technical incidents;
answer support requests.

4. Legal basis

Processing relies on the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures for the provision of the service, and on the legitimate interest of Green Greens in securing, maintaining and operating it.

5. Recipients

Data is accessible only to authorised staff within Green Greens and to technical providers involved in hosting, operation or security, within the limit of their duties. Those providers are bound by confidentiality and security obligations.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for the duration of use of the service. On account deletion or at the end of the contractual relationship, it is deleted or anonymised within twelve months at the latest. Connection and security logs are kept for a maximum of twelve months.

7. Security

Technical and organisational measures are in place to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Credentials are never stored in clear text, and sessions are signed and expiring.

8. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@greengreens.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in France, the CNIL.

9. Synthetic personas

Personas used to answer questionnaires are synthetic. They are built from public survey data and are not real people. No answer produced by the service describes an identifiable individual, and no persona data is sold or shared.
